Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council deployed COVID-19 Advice and Enforcement Officers to ensure public safety during the pandemic. The officers patrol the area to verify that individuals and businesses are complying with COVID-19 restrictions. The officers are uniformed, highly visible, and engage with the public to keep the community safe. The officers conduct proactive visits at pubs, restaurants, cafes, and other various businesses to ensure control measures are properly implemented.
