Catanzaro, CAL electric scooter sharing service

The Municipality of Catanzaro partnered with Stm Elerent to launch an micromobility sharing service by deploying a fleet of 80 electric scooters. Residents can pick-up and park the e-scooters in various locations indicated on the Elerent map mobile app. The municipality administration prepared an ordinance regulating the e-scooter usage which prohibits driving e-scooters on the sidewalks, carrying any animals or people on the e-scooters, driving over 6 km per hour in pedestrian areas, etc.
