Local business owners request free inspections by Certified Access Specialists (CAS) through this program. CAS inspections include design and construction reviews of retail locations to find accessibility issues. Participating businesses develop plans with their CAS to achieve ADA compliance. Accessible Fresno started after the initial reopening from COVID-19 to help small businesses better serve customers while avoiding potential lawsuits.
