Project Succeeded
The portal streamlined how County staff respond to complaints. Now that complaints are automatically entered and mapped in the system, staff have reduced their average response time from several weeks to just a couple days. The system also eliminates duplicate reports and improves employee safety by flagging unsafe sites. As a results of the convenience of the new portal, the number of phone calls to the office has decreased and residents are getting better support.
