Port Colborne, ON selling surplus city-owned lots

In Progress

The City of Port Colborne developed a "City Real Estate" strategic plan which involves identifying municipally-owned property that could be marketed for residential, commercial, or industrial development. The city has listed six vacant building lots for sale and is actively reviewing other potential surplus properties. The goal is to spark investment, attract new visitors, revitalize vacant lots, facilitate public-private partnerships, expand its tax base and create more affordable housing.
