Project partner 4LEAF produced guidance documents and responds to questions on a dedicated telephone line. San Luis Obispo and Central Coast Community Energy created an incentive fund to offset the costs of switching building designs from gas to electric heat. This initiative also offers an offset option for developers to pay for retrofits of existing buildings if all-electric new builds are impractical.
