The City of Sault Ste. Marie created a business support hotline in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The support hotline was designed to facilitate resources for local businesses that suffered from the economic impact of the virus. The support hotline is available by phone or email during normal business hours. In addition, the City provided a list of government offices and organizations on its website that provide assistance to local businesses.
