Travis County is launching an emergency rental assistance program to help residents struggling with rental expenses due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The county has partnered with the management consultant company Guidehouse to help facilitate planning and implementation of fund distributions. Priority will be given to applicants who experienced unemployment within 90 days prior to their application and individuals with incomes at or below 50% of the area median income.
