Wokingham Borough Council, GB Mental Health Recovery College

Recovery College students are residents aged 18 and older who struggle with mental health. The registration process includes the development of a recovery plan based on the student's needs. Students work with peer trainers who have similar mental health journeys as well as experienced counselors. Free courses available online or in-person develop life skills, creativity, and self-care techniques. The program also supports next steps into employment and volunteering.
