Complete

City officials arranged up to 20 rooms at the Pan Pacific Hotel for homeless residents at risk of contracting COVID-19. This program differed from existing accommodations by offering on-site health and social services. Hotels with Heart had the potential to help 120 residents if the pilot proved succesful.
