Phoenix, AZ myPHX311 Virtual Assistant Arizona State
City personnel and the university's Smart City Cloud Innovation Center designed the assistant over five months. The first version of myPHX311 Virtual Assistant handled requests in English or Spanish for 30 common user queries. User feedback and continuous improvement by the project team expanded the bot's capabilities with 69 intents. The Virtual Assistant and the myPHX311 mobile app provide self-service options when call centers and offices are closed.
