Pittsburgh, PA Kiwibot Personal Delivery Devices Pilot
Residents and businesses in the Bloomfield neighborhood can request Kiwibot deliveries during the six-month pilot. The Kiwibot 4.0 navigates sidewalk traffic with the help of sensors while displaying one of 22 expressions. Each delivery costs $1.99 with an average wait time of 30 minutes. The city's Department of Mobility and Infrastructure selected Bloomfield due to a dense and diverse population as well as wide sidewalks.
