Integrated Systems received a county contract to attach broadband equipment to the emergency communications tower in Monticello. Sullivan County created a local development corporation to market services and offer competitive rates. The wireless broadband system will reach approximately 5,500 residents living within a four-mile radius. Operational costs for the pilot are covered by subscribers to the service.
