The city's five-year contract with Civica streamlines operations across 13,000 properties including homes and parking lots.

Hartlepool will add VT Brakesafe and VT Ident products to its fleet of 52 transport and heavy goods vehicles. Drivers swipe RFID tags or wristbands on VT Ident interfaces for confirmation of authorized operator access to council vehicles. Borough leaders approved these investments in response to rollaway incidents elsewhere in the United Kingdom.

The digital twin was built by capturing panoramic images and data points from the city center's 3,000 trees. The greehill MAPLE platform predicts tree health based on factors ranging from temperature changes to vehicle traffic. Municipal officials access the digital twin when evaluating the economic and environmental benefits of Leoben's tree canopy. Leoben establishes a blueprint for data-driven forestry management as the first city in Austria to use the technology.
