The City of Beaumont partnered with Avenu to discover untapped revenue streams by conducting comprehensive tax audits. Avenue's software and revenue administration team tracked noncompliant businesses in order to process overlooked hotel occupancy taxes and misreported sales taxes. Additionally, the team created an online portal to streamline the payment and filing processes for local businesses.
