Blumenau, SC partnered with UDESC to launch an open data standardization network pilot

The city of Blumenau partnered with with the research group Politeia from the University of the State of Santa Catarina (UDESC) to launch an open data standardization network pilot. The goal of the pilot is to develop a management solution for the standardization of public procurement and contracting data that can later be replicated in other municipalities.
