CGIT also anticipates the integration of a smarter AIDA with Salesforce for an internal chatbot.

The city of Coral Gables partnered with security services company, Bond, to launch a program that deploys drones to monitor large crowds and quickly responds to 911 emergency calls before first responders are able to arrive. The drone technology is faster, cheaper and less intrusive and can provide an assessment of the seriousness of emergency situations and identify suspects prior to the arrival of first responders.

The Spotter includes public Wi-Fi capabilities that provide free connectivity for nearby users.
