Hampton, VA launched the "I Value" budgeting campaign
Hampton launched the "I Value" campaign to gauge citizen opinions on how to spend its more limited budget. Drop boxes with comment cards were placed in public buildings, online chats were held during lunch hours, and the 311 system ask questions and obtained feedback.
