Helsingborg, SE evaluates the impacts of IoT sensor monitoring on gutter maintenance during pilot
Helsingborg's property management team worked with Pingday and Lindab on a gutter monitoring network. IoT sensors at three schools track water levels in gutters without the need for time-intensive inspections. Mobile alerts inform city workers of blockages as soon as they occur, thus preventing long-term damage to school buildings. This pilot builds on recent IoT projects in Helsingborg that check for open windows in schools and moisture levels in sports fields.
