The Mower County Board of Commissioners is mapping a broadband expansion for underserved areas in the community. The county discovered that while 85% of the population has access to high speed internet, nearly 90% of the geographical area remains underserved. Where internet providers choose to build out has a direct correlation to population centers and the access to businesses.
