The City of Ulvila partnered with Prizztech to launch the summer tea campaign which recruit experts for growing local companies. The campaign offers technical experts an apartment, a bicycle, and leisure activities in exchange for their work over the summer. Participating companies can recruit experts through the campaign or they can search independently using only the housing benefit to entice recruits.

The free online service provides information on more than 18,000 companies operating in the region. Users can browse companies by location, industry, the number of employees, and turnover categories. The business information is updated by service providers and an annual business register.
