Sundsvall and Västernorrland Regional Council seek a tech-driven solution for home-based care. Adult care recipients aged 70 and older in Indal-Liden received tablets with access to a data platform shared with care providers. These upgrades support virtual appointments and reminders to take medication or be active. Vital measurements including blood pressure and heart rates are tracked on the platform. The pilot will result in adult care technology that is easily accessible to seniors.
