The Wilmington City Council passed a new ordinance mandating annual ethics training for all city employees as part of an ongoing effort to modernize the ethics portion of the city code. Participants will receive a certification for attending or watching a recording of an Ethics Commission approved training presentation. The city will publicly list the elected officials who complete the ethics training.
