The suite of five online games teaches kids aged 5 to 11 how to interact with dogs. A matching game called Doggo Cards identifies human behaviors comparable to common dog postures. Bug Buster asks players to find hidden fleas and ticks in a virtual dog's fur. Additional games explain how to identify household hazards and develop bonds with pets. Council officials worked with CQUniversity students on the games' development.

Fifty-one percent of Copenhagen's teaching vacancies went unfilled in 2022. The hotline - accessible by calling or texting 29 25 55 56 - connects prospective educators to employment experts. Initial conversations match applicants to schools based on career experiences and goals. Applicants of all experience levels work with experts on interview skills and resume development. The pilot involves 50 schools across the city and operates through January 2024.

Nave Satélites - or Satellite Ships - convert former CIEP learning centers into accessible spaces for digital training. City officials anticipate each Nave Satélite will serve up to 450 people per month with three Zona Oeste locations planned by the end of 2023.

VR developer Mother Mountain Productions contracted with the authority for Unbroken's development. Unbroken is divided into two tracks - Insight and Flourish - for council officials and non-profit services, respectively. Insight's immersive experiences of coercive control based on interviews with 15 survivors improve staff awareness. Flourish provides tools like life coaching and meditations for different stages of organizational assistance.

Maricopa County addresses the lack of workforce training options in outlying communities with this program. Residents of Gila Bend, Queen Creek, and Wickenburg can apply for accelerated training courses in their communities lasting up to three months. Trainers guide participants through hands-on experiences and credential processes in fields from construction to healthcare. This program also offers one year of post-training childcare, transportation, and tuition assistance.

Ipswich partnered with Shopology on a multi-faceted pilot supporting local shops in the busy neighborhood. Participants receive online store reviews and in-person store audits from Dr. Louise Grimmer, an expert in retail marketing. The council offers grants of up to AUD 500 per business to implement personalized recommendations. A February 2024 workshop called Boosting Main Street Shopping will explain how to delight consumers with innovative store layouts and displays.

Charlotte, NC Learn2Earn pilot increases digital literacy through free courses and equipment
Learn2Earn offered free, factory-sealed computers for participants who completed the required coursework. Eight digital literacy courses at Charlotte Mecklenburg Library built user confidence in computer skills needed for employment and school. The pilot complemented the city's Access Charlotte initiative, which used ARPA funding for free home Internet in 8,000 homes. Charlotte also funded expanded digital navigation services in partnership with the Center for Digital Equity.

County officials allocated $2.4 million in federal funding for a 15-month training academy. A month-long, entry-level track provides first-hand exposure to the profession for career-changing professionals.
