York County, SC launched the Recode York County initiative to update Zoning and Subdivision Codes

The York County Planning and Development Services Department launched the Recode York County initiative to update the County's Zoning and Subdivision Codes. The goals of the initiative are to modernize the Codes, make the Codes more intuitive and user-friendly, eliminate common barriers to development, etc. The public will have opportunities throughout the process to provide input into the code rewrite and comment on draft regulations.
