Arlington, TX is using an asset management app
The city of Arlington’s Parks and Recreation Department implemented the Cartegraph Asset Management mobile app to track assets in real time. The app saves time and money by empowering field staff to rapidly capture asset management data. The department has recorded about 25,000 assets over 100 asset types including parks, playgrounds, irrigation systems, benches, and trees. The city owns the data, which is stored in and accessed from the Amazon Web Services cloud.
