Baltimore, MD HABC Resident Connect digital divide event
The City of Baltimore's Office of Information Technology, the Housing Authority of Baltimore City, and the non-profit PCs for People hosted the HABC Resident Connect event. The event sought to reduce the digital divided by distributing free refurbished computers and helping low-income residents enroll in the Emergency Broadband Benefit federal program to receive free internet service.
