The Mobilise digital platform supports 30,000 friends and family members who provide free care to loved ones in Essex County. Mobilise offers a free, five-email course as an introduction to the service's support tools. A three-minute online assessment results in a personalized checklist of next steps for each carer. Unpaid carers can email or talk one-on-one with dedicated support staff available every day. The platform also hosts 45-minute virtual visits for up to 12 carers per session.
