County residents aged 9 to 21 years old head to the Tic + Chat website for anonymous counseling. Certified counselors use online chats to work through the mental health concerns of young residents. Local leaders collaborates with the Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group to provide this service. Tic + Chat is a one-year pilot program with the potential for expansion beyond the pandemic to supplement mental health services.
