Complete

Liverpool City Council partnered with local police, charity, and rehabilitation organisations to launch the Liverpool Street Lifestyles pilot. The program was designed to reduce homelessness in the city centre by connecting individuals begging on the streets with support services. The program specifically targeted individuals who needed help with drug and alcohol addictions by identifying who were begging but not sleeping rough.
