The 15 Minute Neighbourhood Plan seeks the transformation of six town centers housing 175,000 residents. IoT sensors focus on vehicle traffic and footfalls near project interventions like pocket parks and co-working spaces. Vivacity's cloud-based platform produces analytics important to the council's efforts in placing essential services within 15 minutes of each resident.
