The Municipality of Naples partnered with the consultancy company FPA and the urban digital transformation platform ICity Club to launch a survey to investigate residents' experiences with municipal digital services. The questionnaire asked residents about their methods of access, the type of digital services they used, their level of satisfaction, and their proposals for improving digital services. The survey was designed to inform innovation policies related to residents' digital needs.
