West Hollywood, CA Bike Giveaway Pilot Active Commuting

West Hollywood and Schwinn will select 50 random recipients of free bikes during a February 2023 lottery. Eligible participants are West Hollywood residents aged 18 years and older. Every winner must complete a survey about their travel habits before receiving the bike. The Bike Giveaway Pilot also requires at least 20 miles of bike travel per month verified by odometer readings. This pilot bolsters the city's commitment to reducing tailpipe emissions through active travel.
