West Hollywood, CA Dockless Mobility Pilot Program

Bird and Lime provide e-scooters for the program with Wheels offering e-bikes. West Hollywood installed parking zones as suggested locations for unused vehicles. The city hosts Dockless Mobility Events for e-scooter and e-bike training as well as free helmet distribution. Monthly program reports indicate average daily trips, ride times, and hotspots for vehicle use. A May 2022 survey asked residents about their experiences with the program.
