Leduc will incorporate the Signority eSignature platform into select city services for six months. The pilot covers nine types of documentation including Ambulance Payments, Special Events Liability Forms, and the Utility Arrears Program. Residents do not need to sign up for accounts to participate and automatically receive electronic copies of documentation. City officials will review feedback from city employees and residents when discussing the program's future in March 2023.

County resources were strained when appeals spiked from an average of 7,500 to 22,102 in 2019. The Parcel Viewer tool allows property owners to review their assessments and complete appeals requests without county office visits. Appraisers and their supervisors are automatically updated on appeals through dedicated ArcGIS dashboards. The Board of Equalization accesses its own dashboard for hearing schedules, document reviews, and property comparisons.

The city of Limoges launched a website dedicated to the Municipal Archives as part of its digital development strategy to facilitate access to information for residents. Residents can access the online archives to browse any of over 100,000 notices, maps, registers, and plans which have already been digitized. The Municipal Archives website has collected, classified, preserved, digitized, and disseminated nearly 7.5 kilometers of documents dating as far back as the 12th century.

The Municipality of Dijk en Waard launched a new service to deliver passports, identity cards, and driving licenses directly to residents. This service can be requested free of charge to any resident's home, workplace, or any other location of their choice in the Netherlands. Within five days of requesting any of these documents, residents receive an email and text message to confirm a delivery appointment time and location.

Clermont-Ferrand, ARA offers adapted versions of the municipal magazine for the visually impaired
The City of Clermont-Ferrand has started offering adapted versions of its Clermont Tomorrow municipal magazine for visually impaired residents. The city partnered with the Braille and Culture association AcceSens to produce a Braille translation of the magazine. The magazine is also available different files types including Digital Accessible Information System which converts text to an audio file and Rich Text Format which converts digital braille characters on a computer tool in real-time.

Summit County, OH upgrades to web-based jury system software with self check-in kiosks
The Summit County Council approved a $55,232 contract with California-based Jury Systems Inc. to modernize the Summit County Common Pleas Court's jury system software. The browser-based system will be replaced with a web-based system to allow prospective jurors to upload documents directly to the juror self-service portal. Jury Systems Inc. will also implement four free-standing kiosks to improve the efficiency of the juror check-in system while reducing person-to-person contact.

The Municipality of Catanzaro signed an agreement with the Italian Tobacconist Federation (Fit) allowing residents to request and collect personal certificates in local tobacconists. Residents can pay €2 to access any certificates that do not require a municipal official's signature such as certificates for birth, death, marriage, citizenship, residence, family status, cohabitation, etc. This innovative arrangement was created to reduce the time and travel required for basic citizen services.

The website also provides an overview of the auditor's requests, meeting minutes, committee members, and status of any implemented recommendations.

Various city departments now use the SharePoint software to create workflows, manage time-off requests, track equipment purchases, submit budget requests, communicate from home offices, etc. The city benefits from over 300 workflows, built by citizen programmers and developers using SharePoint, without having to go through the IT department.
