The Municipality of Sundsvall's Department for Digital Transformation developed a robot to automatically transfer the contents of the municipal website to a new user-friendly platform. Sam the robot automatically copied and pasted all of the website's information with approximately 90% accuracy and any mistakes were corrected manually by the department staff.

Project Succeeded

Sam the robot successfully transferred 2,400 web pages, 1,400 contacts, and 3,700 images in three weeks compared to the estimated nine months it would have taken for a manual process.
