City officials approved this service as a continuation of its City Dock mobility and resiliency project. Annapolis GO offers an on-demand option for commuters traveling to and from downtown and Eastport. The service area connects users to bus routes, micromobility options, and trolley rides. The Via-powered mobile app handles ride requests seven days a week with options for accessible travel. One-way trips cost $2 for the primary rider and $1 per additional rider.

Annapolis, MD develops peer mediation teams for neighborhood violence with NO HARM VIP pilot
The 10-week pilot will employ past victims of violence to teach conflict resolution in high-crime neighborhoods. NO HARM VIP teams also connect neighbors with the city's food assistance, housing, health, and employment services. Each team member earns $12 per hour for 20 hours of work per week. The mayor's office focused on past victims as peer communicators because they can impart their experiences as they deliver services.
