The council and Isle of Wight Trust Ambulance Service partnered on a dedicated team for in-home falls by seniors. First responders to 999 or 111 calls determine if falls require ambulance trips and contact the team for falls without serious injury. Team members respond in an average of one hour, thus eliminating the possibility of long periods on the floor. Wightcare Community Falls Response reduces hospital admittance rates and better allocates emergency resources.

Project partner Sight for Wight visits residents with vision and hearing impairments for assessments of their support needs. These consultations may lead to mobility training, hands-on assistance, and device recommendations. Wight Sense does not set a minimum level of impairment for participation and expands existing services to people with multi-sensory impairments. The program accepts self-referrals along with referrals by community organizations.

The two-month pilot includes in-town deliveries and last-mile deliveries from a central hub by People Powered CIC.

A PA Market Development Team developed a PA notice board to connect qualified assistants with families in search of care. Isle of Wight Council maintains a database of qualified PAs and adjusts recruiting and training based on patient discharge statistics.
