The City of Rancho Cordova requested proposals from qualified solution providers to provide an Agenda Management System (AMS) solution. The City wants to implement an AMS that can provide predefined workflows for placing documents on the City Council's agenda, support for meeting minutes preparation, voting results, automated task logs, etc. The City also wants the AMS solution to integrate with Hyland's OnBase Electronic Content Management System as a repository for final records.
