Council officials approved 20 standard electric vehicle chargers and 12 rapid chargers to join the lot's two existing stations. The Solar Energy Hub features e-bike sharing stations, bike lockers, and enhanced paths for cycle traffic. Construction on the hub followed an October 2019 declaration of a climate emergency by the council.
