Stuttgart, BW transport passes for senior driver's licenses

The city of Stuttgart is offering senior citizens free public transportation subscriptions in exchange for their driver's licenses. The city launched an awareness campaign for the offer by displaying posters in municipal offices, doctor's offices, pharmacies, senior centers, leisure centers, etc. The city partners with Stuttgart Transport and Tariff Association to provide participants with a prepaid annual ticket in order to reduce traffic congestion and promote environmentally-friendly travel.
