The City of Novi launched the FOIA Request Center a transparent online portal for residents to easily request, track, and manage all of their Freedom of Information Act requests. The digital service helps the City fulfill the increasing demand of requests more efficiently. The service allows the City to directly track all of the costs associated with an FOIA request. Users can access affiliated records, notes, and reports directly through the portal or via an email update.
