Chattanooga, TN hosted "Open Data Day" event for the public

The City of Chattanooga hosted Open Data Day to showcase its biggest release of open data sets and applications to the public. Members of the Office of Performance Management and Open Data taught attendees how to access, read, and utilize the data sets and applications. Datasets available included retirement eligibility rates, traffic conditions, and gender representation in city departments. Applications available included Open Checkbook which allows users to view city spending of tax dollars.
